Hardwell & Blasterjaxx said it best, with their 2018 release, by the name of ‘Big Room Never Dies’. For proof of this, look no further than the new BLASTERJAXX collaboration alongside MADDIX. In the past, we last wrote about Maddix for his original tune, ‘Electric, on July 6, 2020. Since then, we’ve also written about W&W & Blasterjaxx Massive Big Room Track by the way of ‘Dynamite’ on November 8, 2021. Today, we bring you a huge collab between both of these artist by the name of Purpose‘. If you’re a fan of big room, this is a release you will not want to miss!

Purpose’ starts off quick, beginning with an epic 4/4 drumbeat that easily transports us to the nearest festival main-stage. While I wouldn’t exactly classify this as a classic big room track, it isn’t quite the future rave/ big room techno sound taking the festival circuit by wave as of late. If anything, I would put it smack dab in the middle of the two as it features characteristics of both stylings of big room/ EDM. On one hand we have the catchy, ear-worm-esque vocals we come to love big room for, and on the other, some synths that would make even Morten & David Guetta a bit jealous.

If you’re a fan of tunes that you can sing along to, while simultaneously fist-pumping, then BLASTERJAXX & MADDIX’s ‘Purpose’ is the tune for you. With a total runtime of three minutes & forty-seven seconds, BLASTERJAXX & MADDIX newest track, ‘Purpose’ is the perfect amount of time to get lost in. Having said that, Purpose is out now on MAXXIMIZE / Spinnin’ Records. Purpose can be streamed below, enjoy!
