Ukrainian techno power player, Spartaque launches his newest label Modular States to bridge the gap between the North American and European scenes. For years on end now, Spartaque refined his sound and maintained a steady direction while carving out a unique reputation for himself. As an artist, he’s always wanted to push the boundaries of techno along with all electronic music scene across the globe. So far he’s been quite successful in both his hometown of Kharkiv, Uktraine and across the globe.
As an artists, Spartaque launched his career with a stagaring performance to a 30,000+ audience in the square of Kharkiv. This performance helped propel his career forward and led to popular releases and packed out club performances. He developed an impressive resume with Codex, a division of IAMT Music Group. Codex has already seen multiple dynamic releases from emerging and established artists. Some of these artists include names like Jody 6, Barbuto, and Filterheadz, with tracks being supported by giants such as Solomun, Joseph Capriati, Markus Schulz and many others. This list is ever expanding with each release. Now, Spartaque is branching out and adding another label under his belt, targeting the North American market with Modular States.
The idea behind Modular States is to encourage a bridge between the markets, allowing artists from the different corners of the globe to team up and collaborate. This bridge will be created through not only releases on the Modular States label, but also through bringing the artists to festivals and label events. These events offer valuable international exposure for the North American and European artists together. With this diverse idea, he will expose European techno fans to the unique nature of what the North American scene has to offer and vice versa. This will kickstart a new era for the techno scenes across the Atlantic, being the start of exciting new changes for both Spartaque and the scene as a whole.
