Eric Prydz is the king of using holographic technology during his live shows. His ability to pair his music perfectly with realistic graphics and visuals is a talent in itself. He may also be one of the busiest artists in electronic dance. He’s universally recognized as one of the most influential producers on the scene, and he does so while keeping up with a large list of monikers, from Pryda to Cirez D. In his spare time, he’s been working on a new stage production, and this weekend, he officially gave fans a first look.

On June 2nd, Prydz debuted his latest HOLO live show in Glasgow. Taking place at Braehead Arena Glasgow, the performance showcased the developments to Prydz’s live show using the hologram technology that he teased in April.

The legendary producer is all about bringing fans an experience they can’t see anywhere else. His new and improved 2018 HOLO concept features the most realistic holograms witnessed at his shows to date, with top-of-the-line lighting and effects to go with it for a complete and stunning package.

Even when recorded through the lenses of iPhones and tablets, the HOLO visuals look shockingly realistic.

Fortunately for all of us who were unable to attend the show in Glasgow, a fan by the name of Julien Tournade captured the entire two hour show, and uploaded it to YouTube.

Both the video and the collective fan responses to HOLO seem only to further beg the rhetorical question: “is there anything that Prydz can’t do?”

Fans in Belfast will be the next to witness this incredible show live at the end of June, followed by those attending Creamfields in August. For tickets to these upcoming HOLO shows, click here.
