MaRLo – The Launch
Perhaps the most famous Australian DJ/Producer Marlo has his origins in The Netherlands much like his typical Trancey sound. Among his many accomplishments, the feather in his cap has the instance when his single ‘The Island‘ topped beatport hit chart. Marlo’s new track is out now on Armada Music and it sounds much like an Armin’s track with the protege’s essence beaming from it.
‘The Launch‘ begins with the smooth harmony paired with a Housey beat that echoes and progresses at a high bpm. The first drop is significant as it lays the foundation for the successive tension that builds and drops again with a hard-hitting beat. The track sounds like it may grace the future ASOT stages at the biggest EDM festivals. ‘The Launch’ ends rather timidly with an abrupt electric flash beat. We recommend the track if you’re a House or an Armin fan. Not much for Trance fans here. Let us know what you thought of the track.
