Gryffin – Scandalous (with Tinashe)

American DJ/Producer Gryffin has teamed up with pop star Tinashe on a late summer dance anthem, ‘Scandalous‘. Released via Darkroom/Interscope, The new track is full of Gryffin’s signature melodic house music sound as well as Tinashe’s seductively catchy lyrics. In early August, Capitol Records released the Pokemon 25: The Red EP – with songs from Vince Staples, Cyn, and Mabel. On the day of its release, Pokemon posted to Twitter that the Pokemon 25: The Blue EP would come out later this month with tracks from ZHU.

ZHU is at the forefront of music in 2021 with his powerful album DREAMLAND 2021, a tour, a surprise new single titled ‘Monster‘ and now Pokemon 25: The Blue EP. DREAMLAND 2021 features recording artists like Channel Tres, Kota the Friend, and Tinashe.

Already this year, ZHU headlined a six-night event called DREAMROCKS; following this, he has two more two-night events planned in Los Angeles and New York. In addition, he’ll be playing at major festivals like CRSSD Festival, EDC Las Vegas, Outside Lands Festival, and Holy Ship! Wrecked for the remainder of the year.   

The highly-regarded Californian Musician is famous for his ability to DJ and sing simultaneously, along with vast creativity on/off-stage. He has even been compared to greats like Daft Punk. Coming off recent releases such as ‘Left Right’ and ‘Rewind’, MAKJ lends his hands on Tinashe’s ‘Save Room For Us’. Having been dabbling into the world of hip hop lately, MAKJ showcases his diverse ability to traverse between dance and hip hop in this piece.

‘Save Room For Us’ opens up with Tinashe’s sensational voice that delivers chills straight toward the heart. The emotional cut is replete with a sultry flow with the American singer’s vocals taking center stage. Tinashe – Flame (Kaskade Remix)

In an industry where fame can be achieved overnight with just one track, a lot of producers come and go. But ever since his first release of ‘What I Say’ back in 2001, Kaskade has been going strong. His portfolio is a testament to the depth of his production prowess and his ability to adapt those skills to variety of genres. Just a couple weeks ago he premiered his still unfinished, brand new remix of Tinashe’s ‘Flame‘ at Middlelands festival. And since then fans have been eagerly awaiting the finished release.

The remix opens up much like the original with only with only slight variations in the drum rhythm. By the time the chorus hits he takes it up a notch, throwing in hi-hat hits to drive the track into a festival worthy future bass drop.
