Diplo has scored a spot on the soundtrack for the next Hunger Games movie “Catching Fire,” and he certainly has not wasted the opportunity. The track “Elastic Heart” is heart-wrenching & triumphant at the same time, with Diplo laying down a top notch beat. It starts chilled and reserved, swelling as The Weeknd & Sia add a duo of soaring vocals. The soundtrack includes Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, Lorde, Ellie Goulding, Santigold, Patti Smith, Phantogram & The National. This is going to be a huge movie, and Diplo has definitely proven he can pull his weight. It’ll be available for for pre-order on November 19th, but give it a listen below.
