Alesso & Rudy Mancuso Jam Out In New Video
Swedish DJ/producer Alesso is no stranger to the electronic music scene having crafted some of the biggest songs in the past couple of years. In 2017, he made a massive change in his career though, forming a partnership with Shots Studios entertainment company which is home to social media stars Lele Pons, Rudy Mancuso, Anwar Jibawi and Brazilian singer Anitta. This makes it easy for all the creatives to collaborate on something and cross-over to each other’s fanbase with ease.
After kicking it with each other, Alesso and Rudy decide to collaborate on an instrumental track blending their unique styles, appropriately titled “Alesso x Rudy.” The video begins with Mancuso laying down some piano riffs that go on to become the central component of the song. Alesso then flips the piano riff on his laptop which Rudy then re-visits, later on, to add some live drums to the project. The end result is a unique blend of sounds in a catchy instrumental.
“It was such a joy watching Alesso work,” Mancuso says. “He’s a perfectionist and true master of his craft. I had the opportunity to both learn from and collaborate with one of the best. I loved every minute.”
Alesso also stated they had “natural chemistry,” and that he’d definitely work with Rudy again. Check out the video for “Alesso x Rudy” below.
