Saad Ayub Sets The Industry Ablaze With Latest Release ‘L’amour’

Listen to a colossal track we recently came across.

What’s been on your mind lately? Is it Techno by any chance? If that’s the case, here’s good news for you: there’s a brand-new tune you should be playing in a loop. Very recently, we’ve had the pleasure of adding a new Saad Ayub track to our personal playlists. Works wonders!

Saad Ayub

Canadian-Bangladeshi DJ and producer Saad Ayub is one of those finely polished veterans of the Dance music industry. Having started at just 18 years old, he made waves in Bangladesh, all accompanied by Ministry of Sound World Tour gigs. He’s worked on a handful of releases, both on his own and by the hand of legendary artists such as Paul van Dyk, Markus Schulz, and Ferry Corsten.

Five years ago, Ayub figured it was about time to open up a space for other like-minded artists to test and expand their limits of creativity, and founded VRTN Records. Since then, he’s featured nearly 40 releases, while also releasing his music on his and other prestigious labels like VANDIT and Coldharbour.

Just before celebrating his tenth anniversary as a producer with a three-part album this year (more on that in a few weeks’ time), he’s got one more ace under his sleeve.

‘L’amour’

What do Paul Van Dyk, Sam Divine, Richie Hawtin, Kyau & Albert, and Ronski Speed have in common? They’ve all supported ‘L’amour’, Ayub’s latest release. Peak-Time Techno is what best describes this track, one quite dark, tense, and crafted especially for the most intense moments of the night.

Let the sustained beds keep you glued to the dancefloor, anticipating the fall of the next round of hard-hitting beats. Wide leads and powerful kicks are bound to get you dancing throughout the duration of this track, and fly away with the soft whispers of legendary vocalist Zara Taylor, who also brings her magic to the piece. It’s minimalistic in terms of the number of elements, but each sound has a clear role to play, and plays it, in fact, to perfection.
