McDaniels oversees these moves at a time when Beatport has seen considerable financial growth under his leadership. The company’s annual revenue has been more than tripled since he had taken over. The CEO role was handed to him in 2017. Gralen joined Beatport as CFO in August 2022. Beatport’s growth is primarily driven by intensifying the main DJ offerings coupled with diversifying its retail contributions. The group has floated or acquired eleven overall products since 2019.
