EDMTunes Tasty Tunes Tuesday – Week 51

Listen to the most flavour-packed tracks we discovered halfway through this week.

Music makes the world go round. And in that regard, we’re constantly on the lookout for new, exciting tunes to share with our audience. We’ve found some that cause goosebumps, and make you open your eyes and get up from your chair to dance. So put on your best pair of headphones, or turn up your speakers, and enjoy this week’s Tasty Tunes Tuesday.

Here are our top picks for the best music we came across this week, in no particular order.

Coloray – Fantasy

Genre: Progressive House, House

Innovative artist Coloray turns to the infamous DGTL Records for their third release together, ‘Fantasy‘. On the heels of his latest album, Coloray presents a back-to-the-basics track that showcases the core elements of his production.

Dynamic, fast-paced, and with a broken beat at times, ‘Fantasy‘ sounds like the ideal merging of past trends with today’s sound. “I wanted to return to the core of what I do — heavy synth work, drums, and a playful dance cadence“, comments Coloray himself.

Innellea & Flowdan – Forward Forever

Genre: UK Garage, Breakbeat

From a man who’s been conquering the whole world lately, here’s an interesting, daring take on his iconic sound. German powerhouse Innellea reveals ‘Forward Forever‘, as the third single lifted from his upcoming debut album.

Atmospherical, melodic pads, meet the groove of a tight beat, a broken kick pattern, growls, and the unmistakable style of veteran Flowdan. Press ‘Play’ and get ready to get sent to a whole different dimension of sound.

UMEK & Heerhorst – In the Dark

Genre: Techno

Do you wish to cut your week with some proper, pure Techno beats? Look no further than maestro UMEK. He’s recently teamed up with Heerhorst to push a tune they say captures the essence of the Underground sound. It’s called ‘In the Dark‘.

Filled with the brim with the tastiest Dance elements, this track contains large amounts of oomph, alongside a powerful, central bass — no rumble for you this time —, plus Acid synths and drier leads. This one makes you say “Mmmmmm“.
