David Guetta Tops 1001Tracklists’ Top 101 Producers 2023 Yet Again

Prepare to dive into a realm where beats reign supreme and creativity knows no bounds! 1001Tracklists has unveiled the ultimate showcase of electronic music brilliance – the Top 101 Producers 2023. If you’re familiar with the Top 100 DJ list, then just know this list is much different. While the 100 Top DJ list is compiled from fan votes, the Top 101 Producer list is made up by calculating how frequently an artist’s work is played. Support from their fellow DJs for tracks played from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023.

David Guetta: The Reigning Champion 🏆

Firstly, for the second consecutive year, the musical maestro David Guetta claims the throne as the champion. His discography alone shows why he is the Top 101 Producer of 2023. Additionally, this marks his third victory in the eight-year history of this electrifying event. Secondly, his infectious tracks like “I’m Good (Blue)” with Bebe Rexha and club anthems like “The Freaks” with MARTEN HØRGER have set dance floors ablaze. Furthermore, propelling him to this well-deserved repeat win.

Anyma, MEDUZA, and More: The Dance Music Trailblazers 🌟

Italian melodic techno artist Anyma ascends to the prestigious second place. He did so with tracks like “Eternity” and a remix of “Turn On The Lights Again..” by Fred again.. & Swedish House Mafia ft. Future. The sensational trio MEDUZA secures the third spot, making a triumphant return to the Top 5 with their chart-topping edits. Tiësto comes in at #4 in 2023. Having finished in the Top 10 in all 8 years that the Top 101 Producers have existed, his place at the top of the dance music mountain is all but solidified. His Solardo collaboration “I Can’t Wait” led the way for the legendary artist in 2023. 

Mau P and the Rising Stars 🚀

Dutch artist Mau P rockets into the limelight, claiming an astounding #5. In the process showcasing the vigor and innovation that defines the electronic music scene. This year’s ranking features 19 fresh faces making their inaugural appearance, injecting new energy and excitement into the dance music world. This year’s biggest movers are Fred Again.., who is up 72 spots to #12 this year, James Hurr who climbs 67 places to #21, and Solardo who rises 55 spots to #40. Other big movers include Maddix, who’s up 52 spots to #11, and MEDUZA, who surged 43 places to #3.
