Chris Lake and Aluna have a new single out titled ‘More Baby‘. We see its release on Black Book Records and Astralwerks. This track follows their Top US Dance Radio single ‘Beggin‘. Already amassed over 30 milling global streams, here’s another incendiary banger. The duo produced the track together alongside Marco Parisi and Giampaolo Parisi, where Lake also teased it in his Coachella set with FISHER this year.
The track starts off immediately with a catchy bassline and Aluna’s vocals glimmering alongside. As she sings ‘More Baby’ chorus, it takes you back to the good ol’ days of house. This is signature Chris Lake drumming sound and we are here for it. The pair continue to infect dance floors with their groove and seduction. You will not stop listening or moving, that is for sure.
We all know about ‘Beggin’ by now. The track has been dubbed an unforgettable tune and praised as a funky house anthem among various media outlets like CULTR, Rolling Stone, and This Song Is Sick. Two of house’s heavyweight hitters joined forces on a new seductive tech house track that is also minimal. Hips sway when the drum kicks while Aluna lends her sultry vocals that accompany the synths and bouncy bassline.
Aluna only has more to offer with a North American tour in support of her sophomore album, MYCELiUM, released via Mad Decent. She will also be performing as special guest to Louis The Child at the Red Rocks Amphitheather on September 23 and 24. Additionally, she is perfomring at III Points in Miami on October 20th. As for Lake, he returns to Marquee Dayclub in Las Vegas this weekend. What’s more, he’ll play a back to back set with FISHER, bringing their Under Construction event to Los Angeles on October 21st.
