Lena Leon and ARMNHMR Team Up on Dance Track, ‘Lifeline’

Dance duo ARMNHMR and platinum-selling songstress Lena Leon have teamed up for an emotional and rhythmic dance record titled ‘Lifeline.’ The single is out today and marks the third single from ARMNHMR’s sophomore album, Together As One, which is set to be released later this year. The two artists have been fans of each other for a long time, and their collaboration is sure to be a hit.

This track is different from ARMNHMR’s expected melodic bass sound. The duo both grew up listening to music other than EDM so allowed those influences to take over this record giving it a groovier vibe. Lena Leon uses her vocals to touch on a dark period in her life when she was emotionally abused and in need of a lifeline, hence the title. This subject really relates to ARMNHMR’s upcoming album’s theme of the real human experience.

ARMNHMR is an EDM duo from Los Angeles, made up of Joseph Chung and Joseph Abella. They have been making music together since 2014, and have released a number of successful singles and EPs, including “Waiting for Love,” “Drowning,” and “Someone to Forget.”

They have toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and have played at some of the biggest festivals in the world, including EDC Las Vegas (three sets last month), Tomorrowland and Lollapalooza. Expect the next leg of their tour to drop soon.

Lena Leon is a platinum songwriter, artist, producer, and audio engineer from New York City. She has written and sung on mega-hits including ‘Spiral,’ which became her first solo dance single to hit #1 on dance radio and peaked at #3 on the Billboard mix/show airplay charts. You may recognize her mesmerizing vocals from ‘Halfway There’ with Tiësto, ‘Eternity’ with Tchami and Habstrakt or ‘Over You’ with Wooli. She’s also the songwriter behind Kygo & Valerie Broussard’s ‘The Truth’ and Anabel Englund’s hit ‘Midnight Rapture.’
