Denon DJ Launches Controller with Stem Separation Technology

Denon DJ has unveiled its inaugural independent DJ controller that employs advanced real-time stem separation technology. This new technology is sure to revolutionize the industry.

The Prime 4+ operates on Denon DJ’s Engine DJ software and comes with integrated WiFi and an ethernet link port. This four-deck controller is fully compatible with a range of music platforms, including Amazon Music, TIDAL, Beatsource, Beatport, Soundcloud Go+, and Dropbox. Additionally, notable enhancements include a 10% expanded surface area for the jog wheel. This new technology is sure to revolutionize the industry. With all these additional features, DJing has just become a lot more convenient and user friendly.

Denon’s stem separation has not been the only time they’ve innovated, as they have always been known to stay ahead of the curve, being, for example, the first to add an Ableton Link to their standalone Engine DJ software in 2021.

In the past year, VirtualDJ introduced the most recent edition of its primary software, incorporating an enhanced stem separation engine that assures a “studio-like quality.”
