UNTOLD UNIVERSE, the heavyweight player in the entertainment market in Eastern Europe, has signed a binding agreement with Mozaik Investments, an investment company, through which the company will enter the shareholding of the UNTOLD group with a minority stake, providing growth capital for the development of UNTOLD projects in regional and worldwide.
The aim of the partnership with Mozaik Investments is the international expansion of the entertainment group, founded in Romania, Cluj-Napoca, in 2015, and making UNTOLD into a global brand.
After the first edition, UNTOLD Festival won the award for Best Major Festival in Europe, and over the years ranked in the top 10 festivals in the world in the most important world charts, voted by the fans and artists. In addition, the UNTOLD Universe group extended over the years in Romania with other events and festivals such as the Neversea Festival, Neversea Beach, and Massif Festival.

The transaction needs to be approved by the Romanian Competition Council, in the upcoming weeks and months. But with this deal, we will certainly witness the rise to the worldwide stages of an already-huge entertainment player in the European scene.
