The Swedish big hitters have come together for a huge hit. Alesso, from Stockholm, and Zara Larsson, from Solana, collaborated on their first track together. ‘Words’ is a super catchy Pop-EDM track that will have you singing the lyrics over and over again. It will get caught in your head right from the first listen. With a run time of 2:22 I think the only thing we wish is if it was longer.
Zara takes hold of the track right from the gate. Her glistening vocals make our ears happy. There is no true build to the track and right from the verses comes a bass heavy chorus. “I got the words ‘I love you’ sitting on the tip of my tongue” will be in your head all day long. We hope these two come together again. They also dropped an official video for the song. It is dazzling and takes everything to a new level.
Alesso has had a solid 2022 releasing other big hits. ‘Only You’ captured everyones hearts while his track ‘Dark’ in the New Batman Movie got our feet moving. Alesso has a big Summer coming up going on tour with Bad Bunny, Swedish House Mafia, and his own residency in Las Vegas.
