If you grew up playing Nintendo Super Mario games like me, you’ve probably imagined yourself in Mario’s shoes at least once. Whether it be collecting coins or jumping into green pipe tunnels, there’s something for everyone to do in the mushroom kingdom. Luckily for us, we will be able to experience our childhood fantasies very soon. Super Nintendo World will be launching at Universal Studio in Osaka, Japan, this summer. And to celebrate the occasion, Galantis has teamed up with Charli XCX to release the official theme song, ‘We Are Born To Play’.
‘We Are Born To Play’ is a vibrant piece featuring bouncy synths and a feel-good melody. This is the type of song that screams fun and is infectiously catchy. Swedish duo Galantis definitely have a part of this, as their production is often upbeat and cheerful. The song also features a music video that previews the Nintendo Park and some of its features.
