Reports that NBA great Kobe Bryant died in a helicopter crash brought an outpouring of grief from the EDM community today.
Steve Aoki was among the first to express his sadness.
“So so sad. We lost the goat. We lost a legend. My heart goes out to his loved ones and family. Rest in peace Kobe,” Aoki posted on Instagram.

Condolences continue to pour in as news continues to spread of the 5-time NBA champion’s untimely death. Kobe was reportedly with his daughter, Gigi, on their way to a Mamba Academy basketball game at the time of crash.
