Mr. Tape & Kaskade – Come On
Less than a month after releasing Redux 003, Kaskade drops his new collaboration with DJ duo Mr. Tape titled ‘Come On‘. Kaskade has been testing the track during his tour, with the ID regularly featuring in his performances. Together, the three DJs had previously worked on projects such as ‘Fun’, ‘Show of Hands’, and ‘Can’t Be Without’. Based on the artists’ history together, we knew this was going to be an epic track.
A different approach to Kaskade, ‘Come On’ offers elements of minimal bass and a funky beat. It brings together the swagger and hype of Nate Pyfer and Mason Porter with a great vocal hook and buildup.
Mr. Tape has amassed over 20 million streams on Spotify. They have releases on labels like Insomniac, Country Club Disco, Arkade and IN/ROTATION. According to their Spotify bio, “All they want to do in life is to make you sweat a little bit… and for the Utah Jazz to please finally win one championship.”
