Next up on Adam Beyer’s Drumcode label is Brazilian DJ, Wehbba with ‘Mantra‘. This track is part of the annual A-Sides album. Volume 8 is the biggest one to date. Here is a growing testament to Beyer’s legacy.

The song starts off strong, with a menacing bass line. Snares and claps alternate in melody. Resting at a comfortable 128 bpm, Wehbba is an artist to be on the lookout for. It is just under seven minutes but that is perfect for all techno heads to enjoy. Spacey synths interject every so often to give the piece an out-of-this-world feel.
