On Wednesday, September 25, 2019, the Jonas Brother’s army of followers got quite the surprise when Diplo began to hack their official Instagram account. The troublemaking DJ somehow got ahold of the account and took advantage of his newfound power by launching a series of clever tactics in full swing.
The 40-year-old musician began his shenanigans by unfollowing everyone on the account, except for his, of course. Afterwards, he swapped out the Jo Bro’s profile picture to one of himself. Then, he uploaded a short clip of him giggling to their Story, basking in the glory of his triumph, thus far. The damage wouldn’t be complete without uploading some posts, most of which were photos of, you guessed it, himself.
The trolls are continuing to roll in, resulting in fans flocking to social media to express their intrigue. Good news: the mystery has been solved! Diplo has recruited the Jonas Brothers to collaborate on his country music album. In a recent Instagram post, he teased the new track will be called ‘Lonely‘ and is due to drop at midnight EST on Friday, September 27, 2019.
