Above & Beyond presents fans with a chill mix as Paavo sits in for BBC Radio 1‘s Chillest Show with Phil Taggart. The legendary trance trio hand select a bundle of inspirational ambient tracks as listeners embrace a mindful and holistic mix.
The 30-minute segment (which starts 1 hour into the mix) is compromised of ambient and neo-classical compositions from the likes of Peter Gabriel, Jon Hopkins, and Above & Beyond themselves. Paavo, who explains over phone that the mix is divined after the release of their 5th studio album ‘Flowstate‘; Exemplifying their 2014 Burning Man experience as well as transpiring mindfulness through yoga DJ sets.
Above & Beyond have just concluded their 2nd annual Group Therapy Weekender at The Gorge Amphitheatre in Seattle, Washington. As they gear up for an another stellar upcoming performance at Red Rocks this September.
