Yotto Announces ‘Odd One Out’ Label and Tour With ‘Shifter’ As Debut Single

Finnish producer and Anjunadeep mainstay, Yotto, announced his own record label called ‘Odd One Out‘. Marking the occasion, the producer released a debut track of his own creation titled ‘Shifter‘. This label will serve as a hub for the artist to share the music which resonates with him. For those familiar with his quirky personality, Yotto took to social media with the announcement:

“I strongly believe that nobody could do a worse job running a record label than me. To make sure I stay ahead of the competition in terms of idiocy and surreal zookeeping, I present Odd One Out – an amalgamation of galactic chase scene soundtracks and sunshine-inspired techno blues. We are all odd ones out there – this music is for the outsiders.”

‘Shifter’ will be one of a four-part series of releases on the imprint throughout the remainder of this year. The track trades between dark and uplifting sounds solidifying the artist’s melodic techno soundscapes.

Yotto’s label news comes to us tracing his ‘Hyperfall‘ album which released via Anjunadeep. Furthermore, the producer landed an Essential Mix on BBC Radio 1 last year upon garnering support. To name a few, Dixon, Solomun, Kölsch, Eric Prydz, Sasha, Adriatique and Patrice Bäumel have shown their support.

Taking everything into consideration, Yotto announced a tour in tandem with the label and single. Up next, Yotto will close out day 2 of the Group Therapy Weekender taking place this weekend.
