Duke & Jones Drop ‘Synthetic’ As Their First Track Of 2019

Duke & Jones – Synthetic

Duke & Jones are one of music’s hottest rising duos. In a short amount of time, they’ve secured official remixes from headlining acts such as Zedd, Zeds Dead and Jauz. As far as their original tracks go, they’ve received support from everyone including The Chainsmokers, Drezo, Oliver Heldens, and even Diplo. Last fall they released their debut EP, ‘Dystopia‘, on Deadbeats, containing 4 original tracks. Today we are bringing you another original track, and if you’ve been following the Manchester based duo, we think you are going to love it.

Their new track, titled ‘Synthetic’, is a downtempo melodic track with just a dash of ambience to go with it. ‘Synthetic ‘is another stellar example of the minimalistic trap sound that the duo is coming to be known for. The track features a whimsical arpeggio that plays nearly throughout the whole song, as well a a couple of playful vocal chops that give the track some character. There is nice brooding baseline that also helps to carry the track, that I found to be pretty neat as well.
