Armin Van Buuren did something pretty special for his latest radio show ASOT 900. A State Of Trance is one of the most popular radio shows worldwide with some 40 million estimated listeners. To help celebrate his 900th episode, Armin dedicated the episode to his loyal fans.
Constructed from the ground up since the very first episode of Armin van Buuren’s radio show in 2001, ASOT is now a global label and a mesmerizing event series. The radio show draws tens of thousands of music lovers from all over the globe. For his 900th episode, he called upon the fans to select the tracks for the episode.
The tracks AvB played span over years of incredible music. Appropriately, he features his ASOT anthem “Taking you Higher” to kick off the 2 hour radio show. Over the course of the show, he features artists such as Andrew Bayer, Dash Berlin and Alex M.O.R.P.H. You’ll hear music from this past year, and music from over a decade ago. AvB, and especially the fans, did a wonderful job picking the music for the show.
Each year, Armin bring his ASOT show on the road to celebrate the new milestone. ASOT900 will take place in the Jaarbeurs, UTRECHT following the theme ‘Lifting You Higher’.Â
