Hydrah – Complete
A new budding artist that is a true triple threat goes by the name of Hydrah. A producer, composer and singer, Hydrah brings a classical music background to create orchestral-inspired melodies over heavy driving bass lines. After her debut release in 2016, she went on to collect several accolades including a video feature alongside Bjork on The Creators Project. Now, she is set to release her next EP Nostos and will embark on a tour to accompany it. To give us a taste of what’s to come, Hydrah teases us with her new single ‘Complete‘.
‘Complete’ gives us a glimpse of Hydrah’s signature style of dark bass lines paired with beautiful classical melodies. By creating ‘Complete’ Hydrah’s goal was to pay tribute to her composition and nature conservationist roots. Warm melodies played by piano and violin contrast haunting vocals and this makes the track stand out amongst the rest of the dance music landscape.
