Insomniac Events Begins Partnership with ALDA

The Dutch company ALDA, promoter of some of the biggest electronic dance music events in Europe such as A State Of Trance, Amsterdam Music Festival and Armin Only, now wants to expand its horizons to a larger international audience reaching Asia, Europe, and America. The company couldn’t have chosen a better partner to achieve this massive endeavor. Today, it has just been announced that Insomniac Events will be acquiring 50% of the company, which promises a great deal of new opportunities for both sides of the table. Allan Hardenberg, CEO of ALDA, has made the following statement:

“We need a strong partner for this towering ambition, and I am proud to announce today that we have entered into a collaboration with Insomniac to make this possible. We see the partnership as the opportunity to bring new and existing dance concepts to the farthest corners of the world. We want to grow further and give fans around the world unforgettable experiences”.

Founder and CEO of Insomniac Events, Pasquale Rotella, also speaks on the exciting partnership:

“Allan, David and the entire ALDA team are first-class event producers, and friends I’ve known for many years. We’ve wanted to work together for quite some time, so this partnership feels very natural. By aligning our businesses, we can bring the world-class experiences that both Insomniac and ALDA are known for to the US and exciting new places around the world.”

Insomniac Events has literally taken over the Electronic Dance Music Events over the years. As promoters of some of the world’s biggest music festivals such as Electric Daisy Carnival, Electric Forest and Beyond Wonderland, they have expanded all across the world in countries such as Japan, China and Mexico. By teaming up with ALDA, we are sure there will be no place in the world that’s out of their reach. We’re excited to see what’s coming up next!
