This year’s Secret Project Festival is all set to take over Factory 93 featuring techno stars Carl Cox & tale of us. However a few days ago there was a mix up with their ticket distributor FrontGate Tickets. Due to an error multiple people had their ticket cancelled & refunded, leading to confusion as to what exactly was going on. This lead many people to speculate the festival had been cancelled. However just yesterday Secret Project posted a message from FrontGate tickets to their Facebook page addressing the issue:
” Due to an error, your Secret Project Order was inaccurately canceled and refunded to your original method of purchase. Secret Project is still scheduled for October 13th-14th. We are able to reconfirm your order and recharge you for the tickets via the link sent to your email. In order to initiate the recharge, please provide your authorization to do so by visiting the link in your email and filling out the form. The new charge will be initiated and hit your account within 72 hours of your authorization. We apologize for this error and any inconvenience caused.
As a thank you for being a Secret Project fan, soon after recharge, we will send you a coupon code good for up to $35 off of your purchase at the Insomniac Online Shop.
