‘Bingo Bango‘, one of the first singles off of Basement Jaxx‘s first album, is receiving the remix treatment. Kryder and Tom Staar have been selected for the task, with the release being hosted by Kryteria Records. Out now, Basement Jaxx fans are sure to jump at this update of the 1999 classic.
Pulling heavily from the original track, this remix injects a substantial amount of groove. Slowing down the horn phrases and vocal stabs of the original, Kryder and Starr really draw out the tropical flavors. With such an iconic song there are many ways to give it a new feel. This remix certainly feels appropriate for 2018.
