“Heaven” featuring Chris Martin may see the light of day

It has been a strange three months since the death of Avicii. We have seen his music take over EDC, Tomorrowland, and almost every festival around the globe. Since his death, the speculation for what will happen to the folders of unreleased music keeps growing. Yesterday, Avicii’s co-producer Carl Falk teased the possible release of “Heaven” featuring Chris Martin from Coldplay.

Carl Falk has received credit for several singles from Avicii such as Without You, Broken Arrows, Sunset Jesus, and Trouble. The producer posted a picture on Instagram with the project file for “Heaven”. He stated the following:

Yesterday was a strange and emotional day in many ways trying to finishing these songs. It’s not the same producing without you by my side. I miss you hanging over my shoulder doubting every little thing and detail in the song.

Hopefully, we will get to hear the full completed song that Nicky Romero has been playing out in his sets. Will we get to listen to more of Avicii’s unreleased music? Time and labels will tell. For now, this has been a ray of sunlight to every Avicii fan out there.
