Dooqu – My Darling
We’ve been massive fans of Denmark-based producer Dooqu for quite some time now and he recently reinvigorated our love with a new single out now on Cloud Kid. ‘My Darling’ is a dreamy song that will have you floating upon pressing play. Overall Dooqu’s style is a bit hard to put into words.
‘My Darling’ falls in the chill trap/future bass world with ethereal vocals, orchestral instrumentation and truly innovative synth work all in one. The number of different genres Dooqu can blend into one masterpiece is simply astonishing. The filtering of the vocals and shimmering effects throughout give the record a sexy seductive feel to it which is rare on most recent future bass productions these days which are higher energy.
