While 2017 will go down in history as the year that everyone hated, 2018 is already looking like it might not be so bad. As we roll out towards the end of the year, multiple producers and artists have made announcements regarding new tracks, albums, and even tours. One album release that we honestly cannot wait for is the upcoming release from none other than Dillon Francis.
Yup, that’s right. The producer has been posting up on social media, teasing fans with posts of himself working on his new album in the Dominican Republic with some pretty talented collaborators, including Puerto Rican singer-songwriter, Arcangel, as well as Dominican trap rapper, Quimico Ultra Mega.
To make the hype even bigger, on Monday, Francis tweeted out that he was finishing his album.

However, the question remains: Will this album be Spanish?
This speculation comes months after reports of Francis making numerous trips to the Dominican Republic to secure in-person studio time with Dominican vocalists.
At this time, it’s unclear whether his upcoming record will be Spanish inspired, or if it will be a follow up to “Money Sucks, Friends Rule”. However, we are guaranteed new music from Dillon Francis, and quite honestly, that’s all we really care about.
