Shapov & Trouze – The Way
Russian DJ Shapov has had an incredibly busy 2017 with two Tomorrowland performances an Asian Tour, and the release of his Four Corners EP. Since the release of his ‘Belong’ collaboration with Axwell, the Axtone DJ has been establishing himself as one of dance music’s fastest emerging artists. His tracks are known for amazing emotional melodies and carefully crafted production that are guaranteed to make you hit that repeat button. After a jam packed year, Shapov is now focusing on the release of an arsenal of tracks that are sure to catch your attention.
First up is a collaboration with LA/Singapore Trio Trouze. Both artists’ styles complement each other perfectly in the promising single ‘The Way‘. Acting as the centerpiece of the song are the vocals of Trouze’s singer Jovany. A falsetto vocal hook is paired with uptempo instrumentation resulting in the infectious quality of the track.
