Hardwell has been known for many years for making energetic dance music. He started off in the electro realm and migrated towards Big Room while also dabbling in some trance and hardstyle as well. In today’s odd headliner climate many DJs are shifting towards ho-hum pop radio type “songs”, and Hardwell has done some of this as well. However, Hardwell is still sticking to his guns and betting big on the rise of purist subgenres in 2017.
From trance to techno, the intense cult-like subgenres of dance music are all the rage this year. Hot on the heels of Headhunterz‘ return to his roots, Hardwell has debuted his very own true hardstyle single. “Make The World Ours” debuted during the Defqon 1 Endshow, and if you heard it you would never guess it was a Hardwell track.
