Cymatics Accuses Getter of Stealing Music, Jauz Returns Fire

Cymatics One of the biggest up and comers in the dubstep scene is Tanner Petulla, aka Getter; and when you have lots of publicity, it comes with lots of scrutiny as well. Sound design company, Cymatics, produce lots of sample packs to help aspiring producers learn the ways of the pros; but one sample in particular had been noticed by Getter that sounded alot like one of his own productions. He and many others publicly spoke out about the incident and Cymatics has been under fire.

Cymatics hasn’t responded to the alleged plagiarism by Getter, but they decided to turn the attack right back and posted a new video online comparing a song Getter produced called ‘Stay a While’ to a song by Parkinson White called ‘Honey Hip Flask‘. The two are eerily similar, and ‘Honey Hip Flask‘ was produced a year before ‘Stay a While‘. Even Jauz gave his two cents, making a Facebook post that completely rips apart Cymatics for their alleged shenanigans. We will leave it up to you guys to come up with your own opinion regarding who is right and who is wrong in this instance. Take a look at the Video below and let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
