MSTRKRFT – Little Red Hen
MSTRKRFT, the much-loved Canadian electronic duo, is back with new music after a five-year hiatus. The group, comprised of Jesse F. Keeler and Al-P, dropped its last single in 2011 and believe it or not, it’s been seven long years since the release of the well-received LP, Fist Of God.
Making its debut on A-Trak’s “Day Off Radio” on Beats 1, “Little Red Hen” proves that MSTRKRFT hasn’t lost its touch after all this time and is a fitting re-debut for the guys. The electro house track has a fast and frantic pace, and prominently features a heavy helping of synth and sirens that effectively punctuate the pulsating beat. The tune is now streaming on SoundCloud and available for purchase via Last Gang Records.
