It’s odd to think that the UK’s dance music scene has been overshadowed by its explosive popularity around the world, Kat Krazy however, is quickly changing that perception. The UK-based producer is a serial remixer, accumulating over 20 million streams across his remixes of Rihanna, Bastille, Iggy Azalea, Natalie La Rose, and more. His most recent effort, a remix of Sigma‘s drum & bass hit, “Stay”, is set to surely dominate London’s club scene for the next few months.
On the remix, Kat Krazy strips down the track’s original production in favor of a signature house backbone that features just the right amount of pop undertones. The deep, throbbing bass line is perfectly complemented by soaring piano melodies, soft percussion elements, and intricate synth arrangements that makes KK’s take of “Stay” a groovy house anthem.
