Notorious internet hacktivists Anonymous are known for targeting individuals such as Kanye West, whale hunters, ISIS, and KKK members. Now, they have shifted their efforts toward The Prodigy’s lead singer, Keith Flint.
Ever since Flint decided to relocate to Essex, rumors have surfaced in regards to his hobby of hunting animals. He was also said to have been seen riding one of his hunting horses in a trial race according to The Daily Mail. Anonymous was not pleased with this news and sent Flint a warning about said hunting. Although they once respected and admired him for his ‘art, rage, vision, and haircut’, they stated that they would ‘politically kill’ him if he did not clean up his act in one year’s time.
Flint, however, denied the allegations of hunting animals. According to The Guardian, Flint stated:
“In regards to a story going around about me right now – yes I live in Essex and have a couple of horses. I went riding with the local trail hunt, it was a ride out and NO ANIMALS WERE HUNTED OR KILLED, so my conscience is clear, it wasn’t my thing and I won’t be going again.”
