Felix Cartal – Something To Live For (Halogen Remix)
The growth of a musician is something that’s peculiarly fun to observe. It’s even more fun when there’s two of them, and they go from being just another account on Soundcloud to one of the most prolific acts in the game in under a year. 11 months ago they took the blogosphere by storm with beautifully fun remix for Blasterjaxx and since then the duo has  practically taken over Hype Machine with each release after release of catchy remix. Their latest offering comes in the form of a remix of Felix Cartal’s “Something to Live For,” and may very well be the strongest remix in the official package. By “maybe” I mean it is, seeing as it has more than quadruple the plays any of the other have (and that’s not to say they’re bad, they’re all fantastic actually). Their rendition is comprised of their staple piano power chords and soaring melodies; Halogen have really a made name for themselves with productions showcasing relentless energy and unlimited feel good vibes.
