For a city with a population of roughly 80,000 people, it’s amazing to see how much talent is coming out of Niagara Falls, Ontario. Just a couple weeks ago, we wrote about a Marilyn Manson remix from a young producer named REZZ, who also resides from deadmau5′ hometown. With that in mind, it seems like the former ‘Honeymoon Capital of the World’ might be turning into the ‘Electronic Music Capital of the World’.
You might remember Dex Arson from our list of ’13 Canadian Producers You Need To Familiarize Yourself With’, but if you don’t, you won’t be forgetting his name after hearing his latest track. “Unarmed” is the first single off of his upcoming EP, Welcome To War, and it perfectly encapsulates what Dex is all about. An aggressive electro drop accompanied by a beautiful break featuring the vocals of Emily Abela and the producer himself truly makes this tune a special one.
As previously mentioned, “Unarmed” is from Dex Arson’s EP, Welcome To War, which is set to drop on February 17th. In a bold move, the young producer has stated that if listeners aren’t satisfied with the release, he will refund their money AND they can keep the music.

As risky as this move may be, with pre-orders starting at $1 and a remix of one of his older songs, “Machina“, done by Ephixa, who has been unbelievably silent for the last couple years, Dex Arson will be hard-pressed to find someone that isn’t pleased with the final product.
