BBC Worldwide Production is gearing up to forever immortalize Daft Punk in an hour long documentary, scheduled to air in 2015. The documentary will focus on the rise of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo to global sensations and a look into their artistic world. The film will be directed by Hervé Martin Delpierre, co-written by Marina Rozenman and produced by the head of BBC Worldwide Jean-Louis Blot with Patrice Gellè. This will mark the first time that Daft Punk is hitting the silver screen since ‘Tron’ and the first piece documenting the brilliant history of the group since “Daft Punk: A Trip Inside the Pyramid” came out earlier this year. This documentary has the potential to give “Leave The World Behind” a good run for it’s money and we can’t wait to see how they’ll compare.
