Acclaimed for his gumption in blending the preceding musical fashions of funk and old-school hip-hop into the recent explosion of electronic music, 23-year-old Grant Kwiecinski, better known as GRiZ, is on a mission to take the EDM scene by storm – one soulful sax riff at a time.
In 2013, GRiZ released his Rebel Era album and began an initial tour, quickly growing into showcases at major events such as HOLY SHIP!!! and Lights All Night. With an ambitious heart, the king of funk is taking it one step further this year by launching his nationwide Power in Numbers tour, kicking off in March, in which he promises to ignite nonstop dance parties. Teaming up with Pretty Lights Music producer Michal Menert, GRiZ’s tour will be gleaming with a dazzling light production to accompany his dynamic music and enhance the dance party experience for his crazed fans.
