Video: Do You Know What Trance Music Is? Apparently, Most People Don’t

Trance has been around for decades now, however, does anyone actually know what it is? Especially at an American festival? Apparently…not so much. Thumb, the new electronic music and culture channel on YouTube, talks to a selection of festival-goers at Electric Zoo NYC this year about the meaning of trance music. After watching this video, it becomes quite clear that as a group of people, we have a very hard time describing anything remotely coherent with regards to trance.
