Just days after receiving criticism from a fan saying that he was a sellout, Calvin Harris has released a preview of his remix to Empire of the Sun’s DNA. Could the top charting DJ be trying to prove the haters wrong by remixing an indie song? Maybe. Remixing DNA is definitely a new direction for Harris and exemplifies the talent and diversity he has as a DJ. Harris blends softer,uplifting electronic tunes while still maintaing the big house sound he has become known for. The original track does not seem like a likely dance tune but Harris was able to successfully transform it into one. There is no official release date for the full track yet but keep your eye out!
