Deadmau5 Is Back To Work For His Collab With Rapper Shotty Horroh
Fresh from his massive free concert on Canada Day in Halifax, Deadmau5 aka. Joel Zimmerman is “back to work”. This is the eccentric masked artist is teasing new music via his Instagram page. In the video, Joel treats us with some dark drum and bass away from his usual staple electronic beats.
The teaser also gives away the voice of Manchester based rapper Shotty Horroh. Shotty is a massive name in the UK rap scene and has come leaps and bounds in his career over the years.
From a personal point of view, my experience of the Canada Day concert was sublime and a bit different than the usual festival feel. Deadmau5 being a Canadian himself was chirping freely to the crowd using his despicably funny lingo. The cube, version 2.1 took the feeling to a whole new level and left the fans wanting for more.
