The rivalry between Mysteryland USA and EDC NY manifested itself in two parts: in terms of events, the two had a public battle for Bethel Woods, NY, the home of the legendary Woodstock music festival, which Mysteryland won. Then there is the rivalry between Insomniac events and Pasquale Rotella and SFX Entertainment and Robert Sillerman, who now owns ID&T. So it comes as no surprise that just an hour or two after Mysteryland USA announced their line-up, Insomniac dropped the EDC NY Lineup. Ladies and gentleman, we’re sorry to tell you but you cannot be in two places at once.
EDCNY is moving back to the Meadowlands after a brief stint at Citi Field, so fans can looks forward to a wider area for more raging. That being said, they can also look forward to the full line-up announcement which brings a bushel of huge names such as: Hardwell, Afrojack, Bassnectar, Calvin Harris, Krewella, Sander Van Doorn and Steve Angello. But that isn’t including the other names such as: 3Lau, Adam Beyer, Adventure Club, Blasterjaxx, Boys Noize, Cash Cash, Carl Cox & Friends, Cedric Gervais, GTA, Headhunterz and Martin Garrix.
