Marie Vaunt and Bassjackers have joined forces for ‘Acid Nation’, a high-energy collaboration that brings acid techno and rave intensity together.
Released via Arcane Music, the track wastes no time making its presence felt. Relentless drums and a heavy bassline drive the production forward, while sharp acid synths add a darker edge.
The result is a fast and bouncy club weapon built for peak-time moments.
‘Acid Nation’ Brings Acid And Rave Together
At the heart of ‘Acid Nation’ is its unmistakable acid sound.
Marie Vaunt’s hard-hitting techno style meets the energetic approach of Bassjackers, creating a production that constantly builds tension. The track then unleashes a powerful drop packed with driving percussion and distorted synths.
There is also a strong old-school rave influence running throughout. However, the production keeps everything feeling modern and geared toward today’s festival dancefloors.
That energy was already tested on one of the world’s biggest stages.
Bassjackers played ‘Acid Nation’ during their Tomorrowland main stage set in July, where the track immediately found its place among the festival’s biggest moments. Now, fans can finally hear the full release.
Marie Vaunt Meets Bassjackers
The collaboration brings together two distinct sides of electronic music.
Marie Vaunt has built her reputation around dark techno, powerful rhythms and acid-heavy production. Bassjackers, meanwhile, are known for their energetic blend of techno, rave and hard dance.
Together, they find common ground in pure dancefloor energy.
‘Acid Nation’ is not trying to slow things down. Instead, it delivers a relentless combination of pounding drums, acid textures and rave-inspired momentum from start to finish.
