Greggio Drops House Groove ‘Let’s Go Down’ on Aeterna Records

Some tracks don’t need to rush to make an impression. Greggio is banking on exactly that patience with ‘Let’s Go Down’, his new single out today on Aeterna Records.

Built around a rhythmic pulse that locks in early and doesn’t let go, ‘Let’s Go Down’ leans into a late-night energy suited to rooms where the crowd is already deep into the night. Greggio keeps the arrangement lean, letting the groove sit front and center while layered textures work underneath to pull listeners in gradually rather than all at once.

Instead of chasing a big peak-time payoff, the track builds its impact through repetition and tension. There’s a slow-burn, seductive quality to it that splits the difference between a driving club tool and something moodier for after-hours sets — the kind of record that works whether the lights are still up or long gone.

Greggio spoke about the mindset behind the release, describing it as part of a broader process of figuring out his sound. “When I created ‘Let’s Go Down’, I was still going through a process of reconnecting with myself and understanding what kind of music I really wanted to make,” he said. “I was looking for a sound that felt more authentic to where I was at that moment, something more focused on house music, with strong banger elements and huge drops that could really translate in a club.”

He also framed the track as an attempt to bridge his own emotional state with the dancefloor experience. “At the same time, I was trying to understand what connection meant to me as an artist. I wanted the music to create a connection between what I was feeling inside, the sound I was creating and the people experiencing it on the dancefloor,” Greggio explained. “‘Let’s Go Down’ came naturally from that process. It represents a moment where I was still discovering my identity and, through the music, getting closer to the sound I wanted to represent.”

A Fit for Aeterna’s Growing Catalog

Aeterna Records reinforces its reputation for forward-thinking electronic music with this release. At the same time, Greggio continues defining his artistic identity, building his sound one track at a time.

‘Let’s Go Down’ arrives as an Extended Mix and Radio Edit, giving DJs a full club version to work with alongside a tighter cut for other formats. It’s built for the moments when the room is locked in, the lights are down, and the DJ knows exactly when to let the groove run its course.
