One thing’s for sure – Pacha is still the club to beat in Ibiza, and ABRACADABRA featuring BLOND:ISH owns Wednesday nights.
In this town, it’s rare to see a packed house at 130 am; but that’s the kind of event Pacha puts on and exactly the type of DJ that DIPLO is, together bringing out a large crowd of young 20-somethings to Gen X for Pacha’s Abracadabra headlined by BLOND:ISH.
While the evening started out with sounds by Draco/b2b and Kimono, the energy only continued to rise, and the club continued to dance while Diplo weaved in songs (with words) like ‘On My Mind,’ ‘Roll in Peace,’ and the crowd’s favorite Like a Prayer.
When 3 am rolled around BLOND:ISH jumped into the DJ booth under the legendary screens while wearing gold sequined pants and her signature half-up bun, and graciously gifted Diplo with a matching personalized black Jersey (with their own names on the back), more than ready to start her set.
Once the beat transitioned, and while quite literally jumping up and down and quickly gaining the attention of the crowd, BLOND:ISH showed why she’s the Island’s Wednesday Night Headliner. Weaving in her songs with background tracks such as ‘You’ve Got the Love’ and ‘Walking On a Dream,’ partygoers are ready to dance and party.
