DGTL is returning to Amsterdam Dance Event in 2026 with one of its most ambitious programs yet. I can already feel that signature energy building across Amsterdam-North. This year, DGTL expands beyond its usual footprint, adding the Kromhouthal alongside the iconic NDSM Warehouse. That second venue changes everything.
NDSM Warehouse remains the heart of DGTL. It carries that raw, industrial edge that always hits harder in person. But bringing in the Kromhouthal feels like a statement. It signals growth while staying rooted in the same underground ethos. Two venues, two distinct identities, one cohesive vision.
Four Days of Curated Energy, From Daytime to Late-Night
Across four days, DGTL spreads eight shows with a clear sense of purpose. Thursday kicks things off with a fresh wave of artists. You can hear the blur between trance, eurodance, and hard house in that Generator lineup. It feels fast, emotional, and slightly unpredictable. Then Frequency flips the script the same night with UK garage and bass energy. That contrast already sets the tone for the weekend.
Friday leans into storytelling. Tinlicker takes over NDSM for an extended live set, and that alone feels like a moment. Their sound has matured into something that fits both festival stages and late-night spaces. Later, Joris Voorn, Kevin de Vries, and Miss Monique carry that melodic tension forward. It is layered, immersive, and made for long stretches on the dancefloor. Saturday is where it really opens up. Shimza curates a daytime program grounded in Afro house and global rhythms. That kind of curation always brings a different crowd and a different energy. At the same time, Kromhouthal hosts Lane 8’s This Never Happened. That no-phone concept always lands differently. You feel more present, more connected, and fully locked into the music. Seeing that in a new venue at ADE feels special. You know that is going to be where you find me this ADE.
By night, Novah pushes things harder with a rave-driven lineup built for intensity. It is fast, heavy, and unapologetic. Then Sunday slows things down just enough. Folamour closes the weekend with an all-day set full of disco, soul, and groove. It feels like a release after everything that came before it.
Presale tickets go live on June 24 at 16:00 CEST, with general sale following on June 25 at the same time. If past ADE editions are anything to go by, these shows will not sit for long. DGTL did not just add another venue this year. It expanded its story. And honestly, I cannot wait to see how it all unfolds in October.
